  2. The 100-day period begins from the date of delivery of your product.
  3. This guarantee is valid for both opened and unopened products, as long as the return request is made within the 100-day window.
  4. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

How to Request a Refund

  1. To initiate a return and refund, please email our customer support team at support@thelongevitystore.com.
  2. In your email, please include:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the product you wish to return
    • A brief explanation for the return (optional, but appreciated for product improvement)

Return Process

  1. After receiving your email, our customer support team will provide you with a unique reference number for your return.
  2. This reference number is crucial for processing your refund. Returns without this reference number will not be eligible for a refund.

  5. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment.
  2. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
  3. The refund will be for the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
